Cheque – Yazi (Deluxe) (Album)
Five months after introducing Yazi, Nigerian rapper and singer Cheque expands the project with Yazi (Deluxe), an 11-track edition that builds on the seven songs released in January 2026.
The original project already showed different sides of Cheque, moving through the confidence of “Booming” and “Up to the Sky” to more relationship-focused moments such as “Goodbye”, while “Desperado” closed the record on an ambitious note.
With four additional tracks added to the sequence, the deluxe version gives the project more room without turning it into an entirely separate body of work. The expanded tracklist keeps the focus on Cheque and the melodic rap style that has remained central to his catalogue.
Yazi (Deluxe) also extends a project that arrived after earlier releases including Bravo, Razor and What Would You Do Without Me, adding another chapter to his progression beyond the breakout success of “Zoom”.
