Davolee - Festival Of Barz ll | MP3 Audio Download

Following his July EP MAJA, Davolee revisits the musical identity that helped establish his reputation for detailed storytelling and lyrical expression. The release recalls his earlier Festival Bar recordings, which explored personal struggles, street experiences and his journey towards becoming a recognised rapper.

Produced by Jordan, the new recording is rooted in hip-hop, a genre where Davolee has consistently demonstrated his command of Yoruba, English and Nigerian Pidgin. His reputation for extended verses, clever wordplay and conversational storytelling gives this latest instalment a familiar artistic foundation.

Interestingly, the Festival Bar series remains an important part of his career, having introduced many listeners to his ability to turn real-life experiences into engaging rap narratives. Revisiting that legacy creates renewed interest among longtime supporters while introducing newer audiences to another aspect of his artistry.
