Nigerian disc jockey and recording artist Deejay J Masta opens the campaign for his forthcoming EP with “Parawa”, a solo single released on 14 August 2026.
Deejay J Masta takes a more rap-focused position on the record, putting his bars and vocal presence at the forefront rather than building the release around guest appearances.
Loud Silens produced the song, continuing J Masta’s habit of working with different producers across his releases. The production serves as the foundation for a performance aimed squarely at his street-facing audience.
“Parawa” also follows the April release of “Mmili (Remix)” with Highstarlavista and Rord Kelly, but its role as the first taste of an incoming EP gives it greater importance in what J Masta is preparing next.
