Fimi - Asiko | MP3 Audio Download
Produced by Aykbeats, “Asiko” is an October 2026 single from Nigerian rapper and singer Fimi, exploring a celebratory Afropop direction built around enjoyment and personal progress.
The Yoruba title translates to “time” or “season”, fitting the song’s emphasis on enjoying life and celebrating achievements. Fimi embraces the excitement of nightlife and comfortable living, expressing the satisfaction that comes with having reasons to enjoy the moment.
Aykbeats combines traditional African percussion with prominent basslines and melodic hooks, creating a steady, dance-friendly groove. Meanwhile, Fimi maintains a smooth vocal approach, allowing the rhythm and repeated melodies to support the song’s upbeat character.
Having established herself through rap-focused releases such as “Nasty” and her 2025 album Fimí With The Flow, Fimi continues exploring different aspects of her musical abilities. This lighter Afropop direction provides another way to connect with listeners, particularly those who enjoy music suited to parties and celebrations.
