The motivational streak behind 2024’s “Man Up” takes another step forward as Nigerian Afro-fusion artist Horlarboi opens his 2026 catalogue with “New Money”, released on 24 July.
Horlarboi frames the record around ambition, resilience and self-belief, encouraging listeners to stay committed to their goals even when progress is slow or circumstances make success feel distant.
The song continues a motivational side of his writing that has surfaced repeatedly in recent years, but shifts the focus firmly towards financial progress and the discipline required to reach a better position.
Coming after the 2025 single “Link Up”, the release gives Horlarboi a purposeful start to the year while maintaining the Afro-fusion direction he has developed since his 2020 debut project Listen To Horlarboi.
