Ayra Starr – Starrgirl (Album)
Two years after The Year I Turned 21, Nigerian singer Ayra Starr follows the acclaimed project with Starrgirl, a 16-song third studio album released on 14 August 2026.
Ayra Starr carries several records from the album’s extended rollout into the final sequence, including “Gimme Dat” with Wizkid, “Hot Body”, “Who’s Dat Girl” with Rema, “Where Do We Go” and “Tornado”.
She has framed this chapter around personal and artistic evolution, particularly the changes that have followed her move into adulthood and life in New York. New material such as “Midnight in New York”, “Misunderstood” and “Letter To God” arrives within that period of transition.
The guest list also reflects how far Ayra’s reach has expanded, bringing kwn, Leon Thomas, Theodora, ZAYN and Danny Ocean into the same project as Nigerian heavyweights Wizkid and Rema. Despite the extensive collaborations, nine of the 16 records keep Ayra at the centre without a guest appearance.
