A year after IRON BOY, award-winning Ghanaian singer and rapper Black Sherif condenses his next chapter into the six-song EP SUN SHERIF.
The project favours a focused presentation over the scale of his previous album, with Black Sherif remaining its dominant voice. Ghanaian artist AratheJay and Trinidadian songwriting duo Full Blown provide the only guest appearances, giving the EP carefully chosen connections beyond his individual performance.
Production contributions come from Afrolektra, Samsney, Joker Nharnah, Louddaaa and Baba Wud, several of whom have helped shape earlier parts of Black Sherif’s catalogue. Their involvement maintains continuity while supporting the shorter project’s range of melodic and rhythm-led ideas.
Its arrival follows a productive 2026 run that included “PopStar,” “SWAGGA” and “Find A Way.” With millions of monthly listeners and the commercial momentum established by IRON BOY, the EP enters circulation with considerable attention already behind it.
