Spotify’s London staging of M$NEY gives Nigerian singer Asake a new frame for “Ego (Live in London)”, captured at Theatre Royal Drury Lane and included on M$NEY Live in London (Spotify Live).
Asake performs the song within a set that marked the first live presentation of his M$NEY album, bringing material from the project directly in front of an invited London audience of fans, friends and family.
BlaiseBeatz and The Compozers are credited as producers on this version. The wider concert was backed by an orchestra of more than 40 musicians, giving the live project a broader stage setup than a straightforward replay of the studio recordings.
