Bnxn - 16 | MP3 Audio Download
Sitting in the middle of Still In Charge, “16” gives Nigerian Afro-fusion singer BNXN another solo moment on the six-track project.
The song arrives after “Online”, the single that previewed the EP in September, and keeps BNXN in full control without a guest appearance. It is one of the records that lets his own writing and vocal character carry the project between its bigger collaborations.
WalahiSteph handles the production, building the record around a measured groove that leaves plenty of space for BNXN’s melodic phrasing and distinctive vocal tone.
That solo focus matters on a project featuring names as prominent as Asake and FOLA. Rather than allowing those collaborations to dominate the conversation, songs like this reinforce the voice and songwriting style that have kept BNXN central to contemporary Nigerian Afropop.
The track is available with the full EP across major digital streaming platforms. Give it a listen and share your thoughts in the comments below.
