KITSCHKRIEG – Gut Genug ft. Omah Lay, Blumengarten & 255

The release follows the Skepta and Blumengarten remix issued in July, continuing KITSCHKRIEG’s effort to reinterpret the viral record for different audiences. Omah Lay joins the familiar Blumengarten presence here, while 255 contributes to the writing and wider collaborative direction of the remake.

KITSCHKRIEG handles the production, mixing and recording, shifting the song towards a more Afrobeat-leaning framework while preserving the recognisable melodic refrain that drove the original. The new vocal sections give the arrangement a different character without losing its central hook.

The first version with Blumengarten and Shirin David reached No. 1 in Germany and Austria and became an international viral hit. That success gives this edition a substantial foundation, while Omah Lay’s audience offers another route into African and Afrobeats-focused markets.
