Victony - SLICK (Remix) ft. Don Toliver & Summer Walker | MP3 Audio Download

The collaboration revisits a July release centred on flirtation, confidence and playful songwriting. Don Toliver previously worked with Victony on the remix of “Soweto”, while Summer Walker joins them for this new interpretation, introducing another vocal perspective to the recording.

Ozedikus and Dera produced the original song, which combines a hip-hop-inspired hook with Afrobeats verses. Victony previously discussed experimenting with this unusual structure, reflecting his growing interest in blending rap influences with melodic African pop.

Interestingly, the original spent three consecutive weeks at number one on Nigeria’s Official Top 100 and reached number two on the Billboard US Afrobeats Songs chart. Its inclusion on STARLIFE further strengthened its popularity, giving Victony considerable momentum as he introduces the remix to international audiences.

The remix arrives on major digital streaming platforms on 16 October. Give it a listen and share your thoughts in the comments below.
